Why is Otro located on the 3rd floor instead of the rooftop?
Otro is intentionally located on the 3rd floor to provide an intimate elevated terrace experience with river views and wind coverage for year-round enjoyment.

I can’t see Otro from the street. Where is it located?
Otro is on the 3rd floor of the Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk. Use the hotel’s main entrance elevator or stairs to access it.

Is Otro adults-only?
Otro is a 21+ venue in the evenings. During the day, minors may be permitted when accompanied by an adult.

Why is it windy on the terrace at Otro?
Being elevated and near the river, the terrace occasionally experiences breezy conditions. We provide heaters for guest comfort when needed.

Can we take our glassware back to our hotel room?
For safety and hotel policy compliance, we kindly ask that all beverages remain within the designated bar area. However, to-go drink options may be available—just ask your bartender!
